In May 2026, OpticOdds became the first sports data company to release a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration for Anthropic’s Claude. Trading teams, operators, and developers can now connect OpticOdds directly to Claude Desktop and query live odds, fixtures, player props, and trader tools in plain English: no custom integration, no code, and no dashboard-switching required.
Once connected, Claude pulls live OpticOdds data in real time in response to plain-language queries. Available data includes live fixtures and odds across all supported sports, player props, line movement history, cross-book comparison, outlier detection, futures odds, and bet grading for settled markets. Setup takes two minutes for any existing OpticOdds API subscriber: no new contracts or development work needed.
